Miguel O’neill

My name is Miguel O’Neill. I am married to Amanda O’Neill and we have three beautiful girls. I strive to keep my family grounded on a firm foundation in Christ.

I have been cutting hair since I was a kid! My mother was a single mom of 5, so I started cutting my own hair to help save money. Throughout my middle and high school years, I would cut my friend’s hair on the back porch. I later went on to work in the food industry. When I realized the industry wasn’t my passion, I began to pursue barber school. I worked full time as well as attended school full time. We had also just had our last daughter as well. I cannot tell you how I did it except Jesus saw me through.

If I am not in the shop cutting hair I am spending time with my family, volunteering at my church in the media department, or creating my own media for the shop. I enjoy editing photos and videos and learning about the latest cameras and specs and sharing knowledge about media to anyone who will listen!

Opening up Entheos Barbering Co was always my goal after school. After working in another shop and years of praying and dreaming big, God opened up the right spot at the right time and aligned everything! It is my passion to create a low-sensory, family-oriented, Godly environment! I am passionate about cutting neurodivergent clients as I believe everyone should have a good experience with getting their hair cut. Everyone wants to look and feel good!

I look forward to meeting you as you become part of the Entheos Barber Co family!

Alvis Fredrick (Fred)

Born in the Bronx, high school in Orlando, and seasoned by the world—I’m now posted up in Mebane with clippers in hand and jokes on deck.

I’m Freddy, a Navy vet with nine years of service, now bringing that same discipline and attention to detail into every cut. I’m all about family, good food, and good energy. When I’m not in the shop, I’m kickin’ it with the fam bam, watching UFC, or scouting my next food spot.

Barbering found me in a wild way. I was stationed in Japan and needed a last-minute haircut for a uniform inspection. I ended up in the chair of an older Japanese woman who didn’t speak a word of English—and let’s just say that cut did me dirty. My hairline was cooked, the fade was sky high, and I knew right then I couldn’t let that happen again.

What started off as me just trying to fix my own hair slowly turned into something deeper. At first, I barely cut my own hair, but when I moved to Hawaii, I picked up my clippers out of pure frustration—and something clicked. I stood in the mirror for hours, locked in on the blend, vibing to music, reflecting. That’s when I realized barbering brought me peace. It wasn’t just a haircut anymore—it was therapy.

Now, cutting hair is how I connect. Every client in my chair gets treated like family—no rush, just clean fades, calm vibes, and sharp results. It’s my way of giving people that boost of confidence while zoning out and staying grounded myself. I get to meet all kinds of people from different walks of life—it reminds me of my time in the military. The different cultures, personalities, values, and perspectives.

Sandra Lopez

Hi, I’m Sandra.

From a young age, I’ve always wanted to make a difference, no matter how big or small. During my sophomore year of high school, I discovered my passion for becoming a barber, driven primarily by my fascination with the razor blade. I also realized the industry lacked the representation from women and I wanted to challenge that, which inspired me to pursue this path and bring my unique perspective to the craft. My goal was to show that women can thrive as barbers in a traditionally male-dominated field. Getting a haircut from women often means they pay close attention to the little details, ensuring you look clean and presentable.

Being behind that chair is such a joy for me! Every day, I get the chance to make a real difference. Whether it’s providing someone with a fresh new look or offering a comforting escape from the daily grind and the challenges of the world, I find great joy in uplifting my clients and building friendships along the way. It’s not just about the haircut; it’s about connecting with people and being there for them when it matters most—one haircut at a time.
